Question: What size collar does my pet wear?
Answer: Measure your pet’s neck and add one inch for small dogs and two inches for large dogs. You should be able to insert two fingers between your dog’s neck and the collar.

Question: How do I wash and take care of my pet’s collar?
Answer: All collars are hand/machine washable in cold water. We reccomend air drying. Scotchguard has been applied to collars, leashes and harnesses. All fabric has been prewashed to illiminate shrinking.
Question: What is the difference between a aribbon collar and a fabric collar?
Answer: Fabric collars are made with four layers of interface lined cotton fabric. Our 1″ fabric collar has polyprolene webbing inserted between the layers for added strength. Our ribbon collars are made with heavyweight nylon webbing with one of our designer ribbons securly attached.
Question: What is your refund or exchange policy?
Answer: Customer service is a top priority at Sassy Classy Collars. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, I will gladly refund your purchase price less the shipping charges, if any. Items must be returned undamaged and postmarked within 10 days of shipping in order to receive a refund or exchange. Personalized collars will not be refunded.
Question: How do I order my collar or leash online?
Answer: After choosing your item you would like to purchase in our webstore, you may pay for your items online via paypal. If you are unable to pay via paypal and would like to make other arrangements for payment, please contact us. Payment must be received in full before your item will be produced and shipped.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Depending on the material and stock of your item, products will be shipped anywhere between 2-7 days.
Orders will be shipped through the United Postal Service First Class mail unless otherwise requested. Special arrangements can be made for local shipments. In these cases, please contact us.
